MAT RULE
Hi! I’m Mat Rule, I am a French tattoo artist. I’m based in Paris at Bodystaff and in NYC at Inked.
I’m trying to split my time between these two locations and I do some conventions as well.
My work is basically made with soft black and grey contrasted with a strong bright color palette which is why I used Fusion Ink for years now.
