ILYA CASCAD
Ilya is the owner of the “ONTOP Tattoo Collective” in Rostov-on-Don, Russia. Now he lives and works in Las Vegas, Nevada, and is also an artist at the “L.O.V.E.machine” Tattoo shop in New York, USA.
He is winner of over 30 tattoo contests and he is a regularly requested to judge at various tattoo conventions.
Ilya Cascad is a Fusion ProTeam artist since 2018 and successfully uses Fusion Black, Greywash and color inks in his unique mind breaking projects.
